1. Pass the end of the line through the  swivel. 

2. Pull about 5 inches of line through and double it back against itself.

3. Twist 6 times.

4. Pass end of line through small loop formed just above the eye.

5. Then through the big loop you've just created. 

6. Pull tag end and main line so that coiled tightens against the eye.

7. Trim excess

8. make sure coils lay smoothly

For a even tougher knot double the line first then tie the improved clinch knot.  The extra line cushions the knot even better
