Materials needed to make spinner

• Pliers (needle nose)
• spinner shaft
• hook (refer to chart for hook size)
• body (body size should match the blade size)
• bearing ( keeps the blade spinning freely)
• blade (Colorado for slow water, French for all round use)
• clevis (holds the blade)
• swivel (keeps line from twisting)
• tubing for hook shank color (optional)

1. put hook on shaft
2. slide body over shaft ends
3. bearing on shaft after body
4. put clevis through blade and slide clevis down shaft
5. bend shaft wire 90 degrees with pliers
6. Add swivel to shaft
7. wrap shaft end around pliers and continue down shaft for two wraps
8. Trim excess wire 
9. place tubing on hook shank
10. place colored tape on blade
