Cowlitz Report 6-25

Finished up week two of summer run trips on the Cow, I'll say it's been the slowest start in the last 4-5 years...as we're fishing hard for 4 or 5 bites per trip.

Unlike last week, this week, we're taking better care of those bites.

Monday went 4 for 5 by 11:00 a.m.

SHer.net member larryb went 2 for 2 by 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday

I fished a family from Roswell New Mexico on Wednesday and Thursday, they'd never seen a steelhead before, and went 5 for 6...

The waters in great shape, close to 5' of vis, running 6k and should drop somemore this week...more fish should start to show as well.
