Grays Harbor wasn't predicted to have a bunch of surplus paper fish due to the Pacific Salmon Treaty....Puget Sound and the CR were. Representatives of the Mafia and the CCA prominently celebrated those paper fish providing excellent new opportunities in Puget Sound and the CR. Mafia never stood a chance on the Harbor due to there being no extra paper fish from the treaty and your organized effort down there...plus your ability to see what paper numbers really mean. Mafia played up the CR big time and it was a bust. Mafia is playing up the Puget Sound river fisheries. One of those Mafia members fishes with whom all the time and often appears on a certain radio broadcasts to play up these paper fish opportunities? Far as I am concerned he's a Made Man in the Mafia. Care to guess and discuss it here or would it be better if it was just dropped here and now?
