Depends on if this is going to be a street car or strip car. If it's a street car, most likely he won't be driving around with slicks on, therefore not having enough traction to do a wheelstand. He can always add wheelie bars.
Back in the day, I used to do some street racing in the Renton area. One of my buddies lived down there and I would do down there on the weekends.
There was a bug with a 455 Olds motor in the back

All you could see was a little air cleaner in the rear window. The thing was scarey fast, and would pull wheelies.
