That is the Oak Creek power plant. A coal burning plant, no nuke power there. I believe he caught it on a crankbait, trolling it off a walleye inline board. We have what I believe is one of the best Brown Trout fisheries in the world here in Milwaukee area. From late December to April.
Fish for fun, fish for food, or just plain fish.
