Sorry fella's, I've had house guests (1 or 2) for the past couple of weeks so getting on line (save for e-mail and a bit of posting) has been 'restricted.' Words out that Washington State rivers are all blown out ... but the Rogue continues gin clear and 8,000 some summer runs buzzing around.

Up at dawn, slinging pots and pans, stuffing a cooler with lunch goodies, off to the river, back and dinner time. Then to bed, to sleep, perchance to dream. Do have another MUST HAVE toy!! It's from Ireland (or made there anyway) called a "Kelly Kettle." These are the 'cat's meow.' Bit of paper, dry sticks from the beach (I bought a bag of Hickory wood chips and fire starters.) Light that off and you've got a quart of BOILING water for tea/hot drink in about 5 minutes.

Tell 'Santa' you want one; all sorts of extra things you can get for it to turn it into a BBQ, etc. Anyway, 'alone again,' and time to slow down the fishing (Every day, save for one or two this past three-three/half weeks.)
