Yeah, Fred just has the right idea! A little nourishment in a hot cup warms the hands and the belly and makes life worth living! Besides, you do have to pay for quality and convenience, but remember, it's only a "one time" expense. It serves a dual purpose. It provides you with nourishment and a warm belly, besides serving as a hand warm. Quit being so "thrifty" and learn to enjoy life a little bit! Hell, even the "primitive" Indians appreciated that habit which they quickly took to, and had sense enough to take a break for a hot cup of tea, and if they had those dehydrated "noodle packs" back then would have loved them!
