i moved away from MI about 4 years ago. only made it up to the big manistee once since then. how does this season look so far. how the water lookin.  Text

They didnt have any water this fall, so the fall run came in on a warm spell about 3 weeks ago then it cooled down again locking the fish in below Bear Creek. Some winter fish moved in by Tippy but you know how that goes they are all bonked and gone in 3 days. Water is running normal now so this spring should be good, but it will be busy cuz there should be alot of fish which brings out a ton of people. Some buddies have been hitting from 1-4 steelies and 10-20 trout a day fishing jigs. Plug fishing down low is productive. Should be an average to maybe slightly better than average spring.
