They slay the summer run fish too, but just as effective on the winter run fish. I came up with these several years ago while tying up sloths with Dereck down at his Local tackle shop here in Port orchard. I got a sweet deal on about 43,000 10mm orange and cerise old stock Jensen eggs and 10mm jensen gooeybobs at a surplus store. I didnt like how the eggs spun in the water. Screwing around while tying sloths I used one of the eggs instead of the foam. Slayed the fish at the Cowlitz then Skookumchuck, the Nooch, Bogie, the Hump, Chehelas Quin, Queets etc....... Kept em to ourselves for a few years then I started selling them out of his shop.Been some monster fish caught on these things 3 in the 30's My best is still an 18#r and that was on a spoon. The eggs are uncented old stock so they are legal in all waters. so far
