Well than Bobk start a thread on your trip to the Green River, I will be very interested in that.
BTW, the meat in Europe still is terrible, I stopped ordering it since I believe beyond a reasonable doubt I was served horse meat in Amsterdam. Two bites and my friend could not eat any more and we were hungry so we just drank some more biers ! LOL
Hey Fred and Jerry we have to get BOBK over on the UK fly fishing forumn those chaps would love to comment on Bopk's critiques. LOL
I gotta go back to real work now I am laughing too much.

Oh, that was your problem there. You were eating in Amsterdam. You know that salad you ordered was probably full of marijuana leaves. LOL
When I was living there as an exchange student, I actually had very good food in Germany, France, and throughout most of Europe. Even when I was touring then eastern block Europe (before the wall came down) food wasn't too bad either. But, when I was up in the Netherland area, I was a bit dismayed on everything there. I prefered to visit, but eat at McDonalds (Still loved being able to buy beer at McD's lol).
Onto thread at hand. Gonna be getting the driftboat ready. I'm hoping to do a rowing trip to check out the shoulder in the upcoming weeks. See how it feels (been doing my own therapy since my L&I company won't). Hope to be in full swing by time they get here. Will take LOTS of pics on the trip. Hopefully we'll hit a herd of Roosevelt Elk up in the National Park. They'll bed down by the riverside. Big bull runs the herd. Gorgeous site. Then, below Willoughby on the Hoh, we'll run into an awesome chance to see bald eagles. Don't think I've had a trip yet I haven't seen them (except when the cloud layer was down around the trees). Will even supplie the flies.

Yes I advised every one that the down side of going to these spey claves is that you then resurrect your surpressed sublimal expensive spey fly equipment purchasing "wants" for $100 lines, $400+ rods, $ 400+ reels etc....
Be strong (and economically prudent) like me. I will be out of the country for the one GLs country near me this year thank god.
Good luck to all that attend one this year and explaining the "spey wants" to the little women in your life.
Notice I did not say "spey needs" there is a big difernece fron the "spey wants".
