Located 10 miles northeast of Arlington off of Hwy 9, (follow signs) WDFW Access is on the SW shore. There is also a road from Hwy 530 (Oso) to access the lake. (note; it is a gravel steep logging road)
Cavanaugh Lake is 844 acres has a state access with a gravel launch area. OK for larger boats, ample parking and turn around area and concrete pit toilet. The shoreline is developed with houses but there are some areas of natural vegataion.

Rainbow, cutthroat, eastern brook trout, kokanee, and largemouth bass are available.
