Erie Lake (Skagit)
      #109229 - 04/22/04 10:09 PM

Erie Lake (111 acres): Located 5 miles south of Anacortes. West from Burlington on Hwy 20 approx 13 mi. Right on Campbell lake rd. approx 1.5 mile. Left on Rosario approx. .25 mile to access site on right.

This lake has a WDFW access with a concrete toilet, concrete boat launch on the south side of the lake. Erie should be excellent for rainbows on opening day. It is also a great large mouth fishery along with plenty of bluegill.

Parking is limited and can be crowded. The turn around is ample but can be difficult when parking lot is full.

Depths range to 15 feet. There is excellent bank access. The lake has some developed areas but is in the most part a natural shoreline.
