The mouth of the Spokane river is on of the better areas, but there are fish throughout. Crank baits or worms work good. 1/4" pencil lead, 5-6' of leader with a spinner blade (I always start with shartruce)Put 5 or 6 beads to seperate the blade from the hook and put on a worm with a trail hook(keep the worm strait). Look for current breaks. They don't fight all that well but they eat extremly well. There is allso some excellent trout fishing in the 12 to 20" range.

Split shotting gitzits tipped with worm works well also. Working Cranks on flats in the Morning for nicer fish. and don't forget about some nice Smallmouth right in with the eyes. Plugger is right on with the mouth of the Spokane River

Good Luck
