Pt Whitney ramp new

Does anyone know what the lowest tide this ramp is usable at? I think the lowest I have done was 0, but was curious if it could be done lower. I definatley need to get the trailer to the water but dont need more than a foot of water to launch. I do have 4 wheel drive.

Ohhh any crabbing reports from that area? Plan on spending the weekend at docewallips.

Thanks.

Crabbing has been good for me there usually around 65'.

I wouldn't try that ramp on anything lower than a minus 2 foot tide unless you have the 4wd and tires and light boat/trailer rig to deal with pea gravel. It's doable if you time the tide so you're still mostly on the concrete portion of the ramp. Crabbing has been good.
