I’ve been working with those lines since they came out (Kaufmann’s Spey Days). Right now I have 6/7, 7/8, 8/9
They are the best out of the box line I’ve used. I like “Skagit type” spey lines I build them but this lines taper are amazing. I can mic those lines for you if you want to see the tapers, I already did it but I lost it. I need it for my records, so tomorrow I’ll do it.
I’ve cut one up for my CND Skagit (cut 14 ft. off the tip) added 10ft. sink-tip (Ed Ward style T-14 146 grains) and it just flys.
CND Custom 8/9 13ft. I’ve got 7/8 SA SSS works great CND Custom 7/8 13 ft. & Meiser 5/6/7 11’7” & Sage 6126 6/7 SA SSS
I’ve had other guys casting them at Marlow Bumpos Spey Clave and Sandy Spey Clave we had a ball with them.
I guess you can say I like them!
BG you probably read what I said about them on another BB about them

Home 2 Handed,
Thanks for the good information. Nope I did not see anything on the other boards I frequent on these lines, but there are some fly fishing boards I do not frequent anymore which the fellows here know about. LOL
But thanks will have to give these a serious look. No one stocks them here so I have to buy them blind based upon what ever internet spey information I may find that appears dependable.
A lonely GLs spey fly fisher. Such is life.
