Just got back from Mule Deer hunting over the holiday weekend. Came home empty handed but had a really good time. Four deer in camp by the time we were done. My buddy shot the biggest body mule deer I've ever seen (3x4). Will try and get some pictures posted later. I missed a 5x5 at 10ft (thing was damn near jumping over me)..Almost threw my bow off the hill after that one.  Every time I close my eyes I see him sailing through the air in slow motion.... Lots of nice deer this season.

Not necessarily high, but they tend to stay on the top of the ridges in the area. If there are mule deer in the area, bucks will probably be there too.
