I will be on the look out to this new risk for me.
Is there a address book of these types of people publically available ?
The NJ swamp land has become quite valuable in some areas Mr. Bobk. The area I grew up hunting and trapping as Northern NJ in my youth is now a golf course, hotel, and business park.
Used to filled with ringnecks, skunk, possum, rabbit, muskrat, foxes etc.. Aaah what wonderful memories of youth.

LOL. OMG, that is toooooooooooo funny. For some reason, I don't completely buy it. Can you imagine what this will do in courts? "Sorry judge, I didn't cheat on my wife, I had sleep sex, so it wasn't my fault". LOL.

If I tried "that defense" with a redheaded wife (of just short of 20 years) I suspect I'd be talking in a high squeekie voice in less than a 'nano-second.'
