Take the head and place it under a wing, then take the bird and place it head first in a leg of your girl friend or wife’s panty hose and freeze it as soon as possible. The panty hose helps hold all the feathers in place. Aix

Its also better if you have a freezer that does not have the auto defrost feature. they get freezer burnt in those alot faster.
