Anyone know where I can find one of these blanks. I have pretty much given up hope of finding on (I can find the 390 but I don't want that heavy a rod for steelheading). I have looked all over and since Sage quit building them they are all but impossible to find..... Thanks in advance..

Sorry I can't help you in finding a blank, but I have a TH Custom Rods Sage 290 GSH III and highly recommend it, sweeeet rod!
Good luck finding the blank.

First of all I will give you a number to call and if he does not have it no one will, call Gary Anderson at 541-582-4318.Second of all now that your hooked up with that rod look at buying a Rainshadow we have 390 models to choose from.

I just spoke with Gary and he has that blank so call him ASAP then buy a Rainshadow.Also new blank model IST1142F will be available next month so now you can have the Rainshadow 1141,1142,1143 whats next 1144?     =

Is rainshadow Pac Bay??
I lost my favoriate rod in the world and it was a Pac Bay but I cant find any contacts??
I need a GOOD 9' medium fast action casting.
I can never remember the numbers.

pacbay is not rainshadow what rod was it? perhaps it was a forecast blank that pacbay sold, which is also available through rainshadow. Never know maybe I got the blank in my stack of needs to be built.

I think I bought it from you like 4 or 6 years ago. If you got a 9 to 10 foot rod I would take one.I dont like the thicker rods. I want a good rod that is in the 9-12 lb range.
I still got that loomis rod I bought from you. It was a fly rod that I made into a casting rod. The second best rod I ever owned.

Check out the Rainshadow IST1082 & IST1084 comes in Green or Matte. Pacbay does not sell any Batson Enterprises stuff either Rainshadow or Forecast they did come up with a catchy name for there new blank line last year Rainforest kind of close to Rainshadow dont you think? ERRRRR
