I ordered a power module for my '04 cummings,in February, from Segue Performance, located in Helena Mt. I gave them my $600 & they sent me a module for an '03 Ford. I sent the module back, insured out of my own pocket.They received the module undamaged & in a timely fashion.(1 week) Since then, my wife or I have called them once a week trying to get our money back, with no sucsess. Lots of excuses,behind on paper work,need to have the factory check the module, the secratary isn't in , blah, blah, blah.We finally contacted the Oregon Dept. of Justice/Financial Fraud ,Consumer Protection. Hopefully they will help, if not our only recourse is small claims court. I advise anyone looking for a power module or chip, DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH SEGUE PERFORMANCE, of HELENA MT.!!!!!!!

Sorry about the problem. Most times they get worked out 
Now chippin a 04 Cummins.... SWEET  add an exhaust and you have what big rig drivers call a growler

We already did the module with a different Co. supposed to be 385 horses,,,don't know about that, but sure has lots of pulling power& gets down the road pretty well.
Didn't mean to bum anyone out, but I have never dealt with a company that takes your $$$ & won't give it back 
p.s. if i ever do get my money back, i'm gonna give it to R.R. for fall

THe Oregon attorney Generals office , contacted Montana's attorney generals office & I finaly got a check in the mail today!! It only took 8 months,,hope it doesnt bounce.

Had a friend order a performance chip from this company. nothing but trouble. He said he would not deal with them again.
