St. Croix 10th annaversary fly rod

I have a fly rod that is a 10th anniversary presentation model 9200 A.P.M. 8' by St. Croix. It is green with red tape and gold wrapping. The logo is oval and has genuine double power fiberglas rod on it. does anyone know anything about this rod ie. weight, value, performance etc. I want to put a reel on it and perhaps use it for steelies on small water?
