things are definetly slowing down but there are still plenty of quality fish around. i landed 4 today and had some more action. only one fish had any color. i ended up a pair of nice hatchery hens and released a rosy hatchery hen and a nice wild buck. there is alot of pressure by boats everywhere right now. it should be good until mid next month when i switch to springers.

It's probably a long drive, but Mid March-Mid May is the 'winter steelhead season' on the upper end of the Rogue.

i broke down and went back to the hot spot today, it was my grand finale, i think i'm done with steelhead for the winter, i figure i now have caused enough chaos for the steelhead for one winter.
