Hey i have a 10/22 carbine and i was wondering what kind of stocks i could get for it. Do i have to use one with a place for the barrel band or not. Plus what are some other good up grades to look in to.
New barrels, new stocks, upgraded trigger mechanisms, etc. The sky is the limit on what you can do with it. You can even get a barrel for it chambered in .17HM2. Money and your imagination is the limitation.
Check out Rimfirecentral.com. They have lots, I mean a buttload, of information on what you can do to it.
Hogue makes some nice stocks that are available off the shelf. You just need to make sure you get the right stock to match your barrel profile.
