ATTENTION

THE RUSSIAN AND KENAI RIVER ACCESS AREA IS NOW CLOSED FROM 11PM TO 6AM INDEFINITELY DUE TO A BEAR ATTACK IN THE RUSSIAN RIVER CAMPGROUND.

IN ADDITION TO THE CLOSURE, THERE IS NO TENT CAMPING ALLOWED IN THE RUSSIAN RIVER CAMP GROUND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. ONLY HARD SIDED CAMPERS ARE ALLOWED.

ALSO, OFFICIALS ARE ENFORCING A $125 CITATION FOR LEAVING COOLERS AND PACKS OUT AT UNATTENDED CAMPSITES AND ON THE RIVER
