7/22 Tulalip new

It was kind of slow at Tulalip. We dropped our pots early, but basically fished from 5:30 til 12 or so. We saw one boat pick up a fish and talked to another boat that said they saw 5 or 6.

How was the crabbing since the fishing wasn't great?

My buddy's (who will remain nameless until he admits it. ) crab pots doors wanted to stay open so not as good as it could have been. We picked up 6 Dungies and 4 large Red Rocks.

Tasty yes! We caught a weird crab - Jim is supposed to post a picture of it. It was purple with long legs and a relatively short body. Also long claw arms. Don't know what it was, never saw one before.
