Hello Mr Fredevans
Thank you for your interest in the Clan Gathering. We do have a web address and email you could direct your question to but I'll try answering for you as you've posted here and on the other website.
The pdf file indicates the Clan Gathering will be held October 21 and 22 2006 at Peg Leg in Chilliwack. That answers the where and when for you
It also lists who will be in attendance at the bottom left hand corner of the page as well lists their casting style. In casethe font was too small, I will list it for you here:
Scott Mackenzie 3 time world champ and distance record holder - Ness Style.
Gordon Armstrong 2006 Spey-O-Rama Co-Champion (not to mention winner of many competitions in the UK already this year) - 2006 Competition Style
Mariusz Wroblewski - 2006 Spey-O-Rama Co-Champion - Skandinavian and Skagit Style
Francois Blanchet - Underhand Style
Gordon Macleod - Traditional Style (with the 18ft Clan Macleod rod)
That also answers the Who and what
Within the pages of that web address you will find biographies as well as photos of the casting presenters to date. You will also find a tentitive schedule. What you will find soon is the hotel listing and evening social gathering place. Later on, closer to the event date will be a map to the location and at event time proper signage will be posted.
The Clan Gathering is the FIRST of its kind in BC of this caliber. It is likely to be the one of very few times these champion casters will be together in the Pacific North West It was not easy getting these guys together but Gordon has managed it with great dedication to provide an opportunity to learn from the best.
When was the last time you heard of Scott Mackenzie being in BC? When will be the next time?
Who wants to risk missing out now when it is Scott Mackenzie, Gordon Armstrong and Mariusz Wroblewski? It's too good to pass up.
Once again Mr Fredevans thank you for your interest. I hope this offers answers for you and everyone reading. Please direct all your questions to the email listed on the website and I will happily answer them for you.
Sincerely
Clan Gathering Co-ordinator, Webmistress
and Poster Designer

Hi Fred, I just checked the web site and i get all the info coming up, if you click on the logo you should get it all, where when who and why.I have'nt posted the detail on Speypages, if fact i asked for the link to be removed, so as not to detract from the hard work Aaron will be putting in for his event the week after. If you are still having trouble please let me know, as all the info is on the site. I am lucky to have such a pretty girl doing all the web site stuff for me, cause me and computers, lets not go there. Cheers Gordon.
