Finally made it back out on the Ocean yesterday after a week of sitting on the beach with 30 knot winds. we caught 2
Chinook and 5 Coho. this one was just over 40"

nice job Robert, good lookin fish.

I will try to get a report together on the N Umpqua in a day or two. The condensed version reads like this, early bites, afternoon bites, evening bites, small fish 4-6#, but very chrome. No salmon to speak of, but managed one in the net that the angler declined, so I punched it. Lucky for me as she had nice eggs.

I made it to the coast for a day to show my wife some sights, but like usual, the wind was up and she was cold, so we got lunch then headed back to Roseburg, where it was hot! Near 100, that's damn hot for Roseburg.
