Steelheader.net was well represented at the Clearwater Speyclave this weekend. Denali and I went up after fishing in the morning. We ran into Knot_Tyer while we were there, and of course Mr. REDSHED himself. Anyone else up there?
Nice get together Poppy! I learned a bunch about 2 handers this weekend for sure. It is nice to get some hands on inspection of rods and reels instead of just reading about all the different stuff on the internet. Now I have to hit the lottery...
Poppy not only set this thing up and made it a success, but he took the time to get me set up with a line for my new 2 hander when his shop was packed with people the day before, and he hadn't even had time to eat lunch that day. I know everyone here is a big fan of the REDSHED, but I have to tell you the service and expertice are ten times what you hear about on the net. Thanks again Poppy. I hope you get time to fish this week.
