Tikka T3 lite
      #263001 - 10/10/06 08:00 PM

Anybody have one of these? I am lookin at one in 270 wsm for my new deer rifle and was lookin for some input. I really like the Kimber 8400 but I shot my buddies Tikka and was really suprised. Easily adusted 2 to 4 lb trigger (better than my Timney) and a short 75 degree action. Ah hell with it I think I already have myself talked into it.

I really like my Savage 110 with synthetic stock and it shoots easily less than 1 inch. Believe it or not, I bought mine at Walmart for 330 with scope. Yep, I changed the scope and rings to a Leopold, but otherwise, it's unchanged.

Guns are funny though. Buy the one that makes you happy. I think most modern bolt actions can be made to shoot accurately!

I don't have a rifle vice...other guns...yes!

Well here is a little review....I shot my deer point blank with my 270 short mag. It also shot my buddies deer because he dropped his scope on a rock and we were thinking it might be off.

The 270 short mag is so far the best all around round that i have found, and the tikka T3 lite is also the best gun I have owned.

Hope you get one and like it as well as me!

My son has one. So does my brother n law and his son. They are all 270 wsm. Very accurate and very hard hitting. I think it is the best rifle for the money.
