Hey all,
I just got one of the new types of licenses, they took away my old style with the yellow stickers on it. Now I have this "receipt" and my fed stamp.
Where does the stamp go on the new receipt style license?
I suppose we were able to cut costs on licenses by going to the new receipt style.

I just put mine on the upper part on the back of it. I "guessed" and signed my name across it like before.
I can't wait till I get checked by a gamie if I ever do. My new "license" looks like a white piece of paper with my duck stamp on the back of it. Make sure you don't EVER get that thing wet. (fishing and duck hunting=wet  ) What a joke.

My thoughts exactly...Feds require your stamp to be attached and signed across in ink. Maybe WDFW should hire some people who actually fish and hunt to design their licenses?

I freaked when I couldn't find my deer tag when trying tag my deer immediately after I got it Monday. I saw my bear, cougar, and turkey tags, but no yellow deer tag. Then I remembered that I hadn't gotten the deer tags yet because I wasn't sure what method I was going to hunt. I did a little more searching and found the white ones. Not sure what purpose it served, as the yellow ones worked just fine, in my opinion.

Yeah, but they had to get all new machines to run the new tags. Gotta figure in the price of hardware and software as well.
