Invited a friend and daughter to a quick jumpshoot at the farm...they were late so only had time to jump one pond. Three guns, nine shots and six Mallards on the water including 14 yr old Katy's first drake.

Beautiful mallard, nice old duck. Great way to start her off.
We have been getting some really nice greenheads in the valley the past few weeks.

Past few weeks have been some of the best mallard shootin I've seen in the valley for years. This duck was in a group of at least 70...it was a wall of mallards...she did a great job of picking out just one.
