Well, I picked one up. Not the Vedder, but Steel none the less.

He's a bit over-dressed for 18C. If it was -18C, he's a bit underdressed.
Useless trivia fact that you only care about if you've experienced it: Celsius and Fahrenheit temps are the same at -40. (which it does get down to on occasion in that area)
