I went there 12/16/06 in search of Crappies. 40 degree water, really stained maybe a foot visability at best. Marked fish in 14 feet, no takers at all. Twister tails, all plastics, nothing. Anyone else ever fish that lake? Near Lake Stevens.

I fished it for the first time last summer, but i was targeting LMB. Did pretty well for those but accidentally got a crappie pitching a weightless 4 inch purple plastic worm into the lillies on the shore straight across from the boat launch. Most people i saw fishin' crappie were still fishing live worms, either on a bobber or straight down from the boat, or fly-fishing.
