I like to think a cougar would pass on a big dude with a big dog. A spandex wearing biker stopping to get his cell phone from a neon colored fanny pack might be more to their liking.

I had a shep mix that got the taste for snakes.
Didn't matter what kind and got a kick out of bringing me dead rattlers. The biggest was 4' just out side of Ryepatch Res.
Only seen her get one and quick bite the head was off.
How she learned this I don't know.Bad thing was all snakes got the same.

That is nuts!!! I have a Black Lab mixed with pit and he is a big baby. A little obsessive about tennis balls though...
