I don't know about the Quillayute off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure that not only has the Hoh River fishing not increased from before the un-implemented moratorium, but that it took yet another decrease in the new agreement.

Fish on...

only the weather slowed them down on the hoh this year. But a decrease would be nice but unwarrented in comparison to the quillayute situation. They were in for another day in the early season and fishing days they wouldn't normally when it was in, for "make up".

I am more concerned with the quillayute system and the 5 days a week overharvesting going on there at the moment. no wsr goin on with the nets in and they are wiping out the last of the early run fish. Even I cant do as much damage as one net

Agreements are nice but what actually happens is something completely different. We see that with shellfish in Puget Sound all the time.

Todd, enough of your personal attacks. Are you EVER going to get over getting "out argued" and "out debated" by a mere woman? Probably not.

Gooose, what are your thoughts on WN1A's post elsewhere about a kelt conditioning program to increase survival? Did that come up at your meeeting per chance?
