Every time I go to purchase my license/tags I pick up a copy of the regs and keep it in my gear so I can refer to it, especially if there is a known bait ban on waters I'm near.
Heck, as much as the regs change from year to year, it never hurts to read them a time or two.
Might be sumthin you want to consider, I'd hate to see you get a ticket and maybe lose a fish or two, because of a regs violation.
