The last two days of our trip (22-23rd) are open as of yet and I am looking for some possible King oportunities. We will fish on the Deshka one day and we want more than one day of King fishing. What reccomendations do you have for a group of do-it-yourself-ers? Are there any streams/rivers that should hold good number then, and how accessible are they? Alos, does anyone know of a innexpensive charter that will drop us somewhere for a day of fishing?
With the cold winter we had this year, the fish are running a little later than normal, so the Parks Hwy rives should be just heating up at that time. Normally I would tell you to use Mahay's to drop you off at Clear Creek for some outstanding king fishing, but I don't think they will be up there in any numbers by then. The trout and grayling fishing should be good though.
