I've got a guy coming up from Calif. to do some Searun Cutthroat fishing. What kind of flies should I pick up. We will be fishing in a river. Thanks!!

I would grab some elk caddis dry flies, some small carey flies (olive and brown) and a wooly buggers in various shades.
