....Sand Dabs? They must be edible and their easy to catch year round.

We caught some a while back just 'cause. I just seasoned and cooked them but wasn't real impressed. The meat was real bland and tasteless. Not much meat on them either.

I'm not sure what I would do to make them worth catching.

Seriously, I had a hard time catching any that were big enough to clean, those that were tasted fine to me.
