Tater, Rich & I loaded up the freezer with farm raised buffalo from Alberta. 20 hour road trip each way. Beautiful sights of the rockies along the way. Tater knew of the farmer's surplus buffalo, that he wanted harvested from a Moose hunt he went on 2 years ago in which they also harvested a buffalo. Very tasty and with the local buffalo hamburger going for 4 bucks a pound, a great deal.

I used to work for a guy that had a small buffalo herd. I fed them a few times when he took off for the weekend and I got some steaks for doing it. Good eats!
