Quick trip to Lake Washington on Father's Day. Launched at Mercer Island boat launch, and trolled for a couple of hours south on the east side of Mercer Island. Came away with two feisty cutts measuring out at 17 and 17.5 inches, real footballs. Delicious on the grill an hour later. We used a simple, rig of large cowbells and green wedding ring, one tipped with Gulp worm and one bare. We ran just offshore in 20-25ft of water, and toplined with a small inline bait. Did I mention the Cutts were delicious?
