here are some recent finds. The blue is my favorite, I polished the one on the left and the right one is un-polished.







here are a couple of other favorites. I like the red ones almost as much as the blues. The other one has perplexed me for a while. Looks as if it may be fossilized clams or something.



and here is a haul from a walk last week.

Otto, Those are awesome! I did my college years at Central Washington and loved finding Ellensburg Blue Agates!

hello otto,

Second from the bottom is a fossil. Its fossillized coral that originates from Canada, brought here by glaciers and eroded from the bank for you to find on the beach. Rare find! cool stuff.

the blue agate on the right is now in its second week of polishing. I'll take a phot in a couple more weeks when its finished.

I dont expect it to be as dramitic as the left one but should show some decent coloring
