State Parks has agreed to allow waterfowlers to access the DNR tidelands at Bottle Beach State Park. They will be constructing a parking lot and path to the beach. They have also agreed to respect the rights of adjacent landowners to hunt on their own property. A SEPA checklist is currently out for comment and an addendum that clarifies Parks position on these issues should be out soon. This hunting area can be found near Ocosta on the way to Westport.

No its back at the Ocosta flats near the barn with the large Mark Doumit sign. Currently the parking is across from 3rd street in Ocosta.
