My career as a professional mushroom picker new
      #303524 - 09/29/07 07:55 AM

After stumbling around in the woods for a couple of hours, we decided to drop by the buyer to find out how it works. "Nice clean mushrooms. Don't carry them in a plastic grocery bag". We managed 2 1/4 pounds for a whopping $5.74! Looks like I have found my calling!

Did manage to do a little better Thursday. I probably got about 6 or 7 pounds. They are just too much work and way to good to part with for $2.25 a pound.

Cooked some up last night. Waited for some juice to develop, added a pint of half n half and covered with rice. Cooked till the rice was done. YUMM!
