Griz I was also the smart one who stayed in camp when the infamous Hells Angels event occurred in Forks.  My crew was not doing so well that next day of work.  I worked the west OP from 76 thru 84....did we cross roads?

It would not suprise me. I cut and built roads from 79 until june 22 1983
Some day's i still wish i was doing it but after 4 back surgery's i resemble the fat / lazy truck driver i use to flip $h!t too

Stick in my experience enticing physical interactions aka fights between newbies on the rigging and fallers was a right of life and learning for those young lads. Never did care who won the fight. It was simply a lesson needed for them to learn about the heirarchy of those who chose to work in the timber industry.  In my opinion the only ones who ranked above fallers at the top was the climbers and tree riggers. I did my share of that when needed but never considered myself to be one. Never could drop the top out of a tree then climb on top to show I was the best beast of the woods.

Well folks, another classic Big Stick 100 post in 24 hours marathon. I wish he could keep it together, tone it down a bit so he does not get his ass canned every time he shows up on a forum. The guy has a lot to say, and has a style all his own.. but its pretty predictable if you have seen in before. The ends always the same, he's gone.
Admit it... its the most entertainment this site has seen in a long while

Maybe if the entire point of this whole thread hadn't been to bash him into the ground, it wouldn't have been this way.
Looked to me like he has his act together pretty well. Haven't seen that many cool pics posted before.
Don't we click 'i agree' to some kind of standards of behavior when we register? Seems like I did.
I guess it doesn't apply to everyone.
