I was told it scored somewhere in the mid 190's. I have never been fortunate enough to see such a beast in the wild..

I don't know who told you it was from Nevada, but that deer is actually from Utah.
As for Pope and Young, deer isn't eligible, check out the sight on the bow.

I remember seeing this pic on another site. same argument insued as to where it was killed. Desertdog, are you certain it was killed in Nevada? If so do you know which area produced it? Freaking gagger regardless of where it came from. Even with the velvet it looks to me like it'd bust 190" net. That qualifys it for B&C whether killed with a bow or rifle.

According to the individual I got this from is was shot 4 miles north of Carlin just off of one of the gold mine properties. Given the terrain in the photo I am inclined to belive that it could be in that area... However this is the internet... I have queried several individuals as to its origin and am told the hunter is one of the miners. All of this could be bogus..
Regardless of where it was shot it is still one hell of a buck...
