Ducks on the Bay new
      #308010 - 11/03/07 07:40 PM

My brother and I were able to get seven greenheads this morning on Elk River not many birds flying but a hell of a raft of birds north of the bridge. Sorry no pics.

Greenwings and hen mallards were off limits!!!! There must have been 2000 birds rafted north of the bridge. We hunted a place an old man used to go to shoot greenheads.

In those kind of sacred spots. Greenwings and others will die when hunting the club proper.

That sacred ground certainly should be Greenheads only whilst those several other sacred spots like the Point should be green-wings only. Blasting teal flying lower than the grass tops is a fond memory.
