Any one on this board can may be help out in deceiding which fly rod to go.
I Love my loomis baitcaster but not thrilled at the (GL3) 9' 8wt. What about the Scott SAS or the VOyager Series ? These are the lower end of their line but I like the way they feel. Does any one fish a Scott here ?
Also how about Reddingtons ? or St Croix and keep in mind please I am wanting to spend $ 250 or less. Thank you for any help.

I have heard good things about the St Croix rods for the price. Dave at Waters West uses one and he is a great fly fisherman. Give him a call at 360 417 0937 . Tell him I told you to call.

I was also looking at the Ultra and the imperial from St. Croix.
