If so can you keep them and where would you look to catch them at?

Never targeted them on the Rogue, but I have seen them more than once at Lobster Creek.

Can't remember the 'exact where' but about 1/3'd the way up from the mouth the river goes through a steep narrow (deep as shxt water even during the summer) canyon. Apparently this is their main spawning area
